As a result of the strike announced by the Panhellenic Union of Licensed Aeronautical Telecommunications Officers, Olympic Air is being forced to cancel 10 scheduled domestic flight sectors on Friday, 7th October 2016 as well as 10 scheduled flight sectors on Saturday, 8th October 2016, as follows:
The following Olympic Air flights which were due to operate on Friday, 7th October 2016, have been cancelled:

- OA 031 Leros – Athens
- OA 056 Athens – Kythira
- OA 057 Kythira – Athens
- OA 062 Athens – Paros
- OA 063 Paros – Athens
- OA 064 Athens – Paros
- OA 065 Paros – Athens
- OA 096 Rhodes – Kastellorizo
- OA 097 Kastellorizo – Rhodes
The following Olympic Air flights which were due to operate on Saturday, 8th October 2016, have been cancelled:
- ΟΑ 018 Athens – Ikaria
- OA 019 Ikaria – Athens
- OA 062 Athens – Paros
- OA 063 Paros – Athens
- OA 064 Athens – Paros
- OA 065 Paros – Athens
- OA 092 Kos – Kalymnos – Leros – Astypalaia
- OA 093 Astypalaia – Leros – Kalymnos – Kos
- OA 098 Athens – Karpathos
- OA 099 Karpathos – Athens
