Ryanair: Recruitment Days in Thessaloniki, Athens on November 2-3

Ryanair is organizing Recruitment Days in Thessaloniki and Athens on November 2 and 3, 2016 respectively.

Executives from CrewLink which is the official training center for Ryanair will conduct interviews with Greeks who wish to work as cabin crew in the Irish low cost airline.

The basic qualifications that all  candidates must have are:

-Height over 1.57 m
-Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
-Good Vision
– Unassisted swimming for at least 20 m.
-Tattoos in conspicuous body places prohibited  
– European passport (EU)

For the interview, men should be dressed in formal trousers and women in knee-length skirts and should have with them a copy of their CV (in English). Their European passports should be valid for at least 1.5 years from the date of the interview and candidates should also carry a photocopy as well.

CrewLink will undertake the training of candidates for six weeks at its educational center near Frankfurt.

About the Job

What’s on offer for full-time crew?
A guaranteed fixed-term contract for 3 years with Crewlink who are contracted to supply cabin crew to Ryanair.

Shifts are 5/3 – 5/3 – 5 days on, 3 days off followed by 5 days on, 3 days off.

A ‘New Joiners Allowance’ – an extra €1,200 paid over first 6 months at the start of your new career.
Great promotional opportunities: If you are a successful member of crew, you have the potential to be directly employed with Ryanair and, after 12 months, you may be eligible for promotion to a Customer Service Supervisor, earning in excess of €30,000 gross per annum.
A Customer Service Supervisor promotion would involve:
Increased responsibility as you manage a team of three other Cabin Crew on each flight.
Increased pay – Ryanair Supervisors based in the UK & Ireland earn approximately £25,000/€30,000 gross per annum.
Increased Staff Travel benefits (including discounted travel on other airlines).
