Approximately 1.4 million passengers are expected to use the international airports of Larnaka and Pafos, in Cyprus during August.
Hermes Airports spokesman Adamos Aspris noted in statements, on Tuesday, that “passenger traffic during August will the greatest ever,” adding that during the month approximately 1.4 million passengers will travel through the airports of Larnaka and Pafos.
The greatest number of flights setting down and taking off in the two airports is expected to be on August 6 when a total of 347 flights are scheduled to take place within 24 hours, he pointed out.
Between Monday, August 7 and Sunday August 20 the two airports will see a peak in their passenger traffic for this year, Aspris added.
