Cobalt Air is to distribute its fares to agents via the Amadeus GDS as the Cypriot carrier bids to strengthen ties with the trade, according to the following report by travelweekly.co.uk:
The deal with Amadeus will make a full range of services and fares available to travel agencies worldwide.
It follows the airline joining the Iata Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP).
Working with Amadeus, which processed 630 million bookings for airlines last year, Cobalt Air will manage to access new markets, partners and technology.
The carrier will be able to personalise and differentiate its offering, as well as deliver a consistent shopping experience through all channels.
Cobalt Air will be flying 20 times a week from the United Kingdom to Cyprus and Athens this summer.
