British Airways: New route from London to island of Kos in summer 2019

Just a short journey from the UK, British Airways fly from London Gatwick (LGW) to Kos Island International Airport (KGS) three times a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday (from 15 May to 26 October 2019). 

The carrier notes that it’s impossible to resist the broad appeal of this idyllic Greek Island. From the traditional flavour of Kefalos to the cosmopolitan splendour of Kos Town and the lively nightlife in bustling Kardamena – you’ll find an area of this large island that ticks all of your boxes.

“Sweeping golden sands and crystal clear waters make it the ideal beach holiday destination – why not take advantage of the convenient ferry links and island hop to neighbouring Rhodes?” it adds.
