Greek carrier Aegean Airlines to issue a common bond loan up to €200 million

Aegean Airlines, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and EU Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, on Monday announced the resolution of its Board of Directors dated February 22, 2019, for the issuance of a common bond loan in accordance with Law 3156/2003 and Law 4548/2018, of a minimum amount of 150,000,000 euros and up to 200,000,000 euros, ANA reports.

The distribution of the bond will be through a public offer, providing approval by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and the submission of an application to the Athens Exchange for listing the bond under the trading category “Fixed Income Securities” of the Regulated Market.
