Ethiopian Airlines returns to the Greek market with three flights a week connecting Athens with Addis Ababa, and specifically on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, naftemporiki.gr reports.
The route will re-commence, following an 18-year hiatus, on December 13.
Athens is the 20th European destination for Ethiopian Airlines, and merely the eighth connecting the Greek capital with the African continent, but the only route to sub-Saharan Africa.
