Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) on Friday announced that nine investment parties are qualified to proceed to the second phase of a tender process (Binding Offers Phase) to purchase a 30% stake in Athens International Airport SA (AIA), owned by the HRADF.
In particular, expressions of Interest were submitted by (in alphabetical order):

3. FERROVIAL INTERNATIONAL SE
4. FIRST STATE INVESTMENTS
5. GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS
6. VINCI AIRPORTS
7. Consortium of ARDIAN INFRASTRUCTURE FUND S.C.A, SICAR and ARDIAN INFRASTRUCTURE FUND V B S.C.S. SICAV – RAIF
8. Consortium of KKR – EGIS
9. Consortium of MEIF 6 ATTIC INVESTMENT, RAFFLES INFRA HOLDING and CHENGDONG INVESTMENT CORPORATION
