A total of 22 flights concerning both departures and arrivals from and to Cyprus’ two airports will be affected by the Cyprus-wide three-hour strike to be held tomorrow over the issue of the cost of living adjustment (COLA) CNA reports.
Currently, employees who receive CoLA get 50 percent of the rate as part of measures dating back to the financial crisis in 2013. Unions want it restored 100 percent as promised but say they are willing to see this done in increments over the next three years.
