The flights to and from the Nikos Kazantzakis airport of Heraklion, Crete, that had been suspended due to maintenance works, will return to normal from Saturday 24 February at 15:00, the Civil Aviation Authority announced on Friday, ANA reports.
Heraklion International Airport “Nikos Kazantzakis” is the primary airport on the island of Crete, Greece, and the country’s second busiest airport after Athens International Airport. It is located about 5 kilometers east of the main city center of Heraklion, near the municipality of Nea Alikarnassos.
