easyJet, one of the largest airlines in Europe, continues to strengthen its presence in Greece by investing in new connections and additional travel options for its customers.
In this context, easyJet has announced new flights connecting Newcastle with Rhodes and Corfu, thus increasing seat capacity for travelers from the United Kingdom to Greece. In addition, it offers residents of Rhodes and Corfu, as well as visitors to the islands, a direct connection to new destinations in the United Kingdom, such as London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Belfast, Edinburgh and Liverpool.
The Newcastle-Rhodes connection will begin on 31 March 2026, while flights to Corfu will begin on 3 April 2026. Both routes will operate with weekly flights throughout the summer season. Specifically, flights to Rhodes will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays, while flights to Corfu will operate on Mondays and Fridays. Travelers can make their reservations from today, 31 July 2025, allowing them to easily plan their trips.
These new routes are expected to further boost Greek tourism even outside the peak summer season and provide significant benefits to the islands and the local economy. With the addition of the new connections to Newcastle, easyJet’s network from Rhodes and Corfu will serve a total of 35 destinations in six European countries, including Italy, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK.
