Finnair: New connections to Thessaloniki and Kos in summer 2026

The Finnish airline Finnair is introducing two new Greek destinations to its 2026 summer flight schedule from its hub in Helsinki.

Specifically, among the 12 new destinations added to the schedule, Kos and Thessaloniki are included.

Flights to Thessaloniki will be operated three times a week.

The new destinations for the summer of 2026, added from Helsinki, also include Alta, Catania, Florence, Valencia, Kuressaare, Luxembourg, Stavanger, Tirana, Turin and Umea.

In total, for the summer of 2026, connections will be offered to 93 European destinations, 11 Asian, 7 North American – including Toronto which “opens” in the summer of 2026 – and 2 Middle Eastern.

At the same time, Finnair is adding new direct winter flights for 2026 to Lapland, from Brussels, Paris and Zurich.

“The new European destinations connect additional markets to our long-haul network, while the connections to Lapland consolidate our role as a bridge to the magic of the North,” said Finnair’s Chief Revenue Officer, Christine Rovelli.
