Heraklion Airport continues to record positive performance even through November, with monthly data showing a significant increase in traffic from abroad as well as within the domestic network.
Although winters absolute numbers cannot be compared to the summer months, the growth percentages highlight the strong momentum sustained by Cretes tourism hub.
International arrivals saw an impressive rise of 43.54% compared to last November, a performance recorded during a traditionally low period and one that carries particular importance for the extension of the tourist season. Domestic arrivals increased by 9.24%, confirming that domestic demand also remains strong.
