A series of events on the sustainable food systems of the future will take place at the French Institute in Athens, starting with a lecture by noted French scientist Gilles Trystram next Tuesday, October 30, ANA reports.
The Director General of AgroParis Tech, Trystram will attempt to answer questions such as what foods we will be eating in the future and how we can feed the nine billion people that are expected to inhabit the planet in 2050 in a healthy and balanced way.
