Greek Agricultural Organization “Elgo-Dimitra” has donated a ton and a half of feta cheese to churches and philanthropic organizations in Greece and the US, including 57 kilos to New York City’s ‘City Meals on Wheels’, ANA reports.
Another 80 kilos was provided to the Archdiocesan Cathedral Philoptochos Society of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America.
The rest of the cheese was distributed to churches and philanthropic organizations in Athens, Thessaloniki, and Volos.
