Cyprus beer deliveries record montly rise but annual drop in July

Beer deliveries in Cyprus recorded a monthly increase of 27.9% in July but fell by 16.46% annually, data released by the Cyprus Statistical Service on Monday show, CNA reports.

In the first seven months of this year, beer deliveries recorded a drop of 26.42% compared to the first seven months of 2019.

According to the official numbers, beer deliveries this July reached 4.94 million liters compared to 3.86 million liters in June, recording an increase of 27.9%.

On the contrary in July 2019 beer deliveries had reached 5.92 million liters, with beer production this July recording an annual fall of 16.46%.

During the first seven months of this year beer deliveries reached 17.76 liters, compared to 24.14 liters during the first seven months of 2019, recording a decrease of 26.42%.
