A three-day event dedicated to local flavor, tradition and hospitality is organized by the Cultural Association of Professionals, Residents and Owners of Psakoudia “I Sermili”, which is scheduled to take place from August 21 to 23, in Psakoudia, Halkidiki.
The aim of the event is to promote the local products of the region, as well as to strengthen commercial and tourist activity during a peak period for Halkidiki. The exhibition will be accompanied by parallel musical events, attracting the interest of Greek and foreign visitors.
It is noted that the Association “I Sermili” was founded in 2004, however, in the last five years it has developed more intense activity, with an emphasis on the cultural, economic and tourist development of the region. Through actions such as the exhibition, it attempts to highlight the quality and variety of local production and strengthen the connection of the tourist stream with the local market.
The exhibition is organized at a time when the area is bustling with visitors, taking advantage of the tourist potential of August. Visitors will have the opportunity to get to know and taste local products, talk to producers and professionals in the area and participate in a festive environment that highlights the gastronomic identity and vitality of the local community.
This initiative is part of the general effort to promote Psakoudia as a destination with cultural and gastronomic interest, beyond the traditional image of summer holidays.
