Chios is “going out” again this year, through the dynamic cultural and tourist extroversion action Chios on Tour 2025, organized by the municipality of Chios and the tourist office.
This year’s season begins on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 August, with the first excursion taking participants to North Chios, with final destinations Agiasmata and Agios Galas. The route includes stops in the picturesque Volissos and the Kefala Winery, where visitors will enjoy a unique wine tasting.
The aim of the initiative is to bring both visitors and the Chians themselves closer to the rich history, monuments and natural beauty of the island, highlighting the experiences that only Chios can offer. At the same time, it invites participants to become ambassadors of the island, sharing their impressions with friends, relatives and on social media.
Participation in the excursions is free, with the only exception being the bath or massage at the Agiasmata Hydrotherapy Center.
