Authentic Italian recipes, offered by the KEK TECHNICAL SCHOOLS of the Heraklion Chamber
A unique seminar, lasting just 2 days, for those who love Italian cuisine and want to get to know authentic Italian recipes, is offered by the KEK TECHNICAL SCHOOLS of the Heraklion Chamber.
It is aimed at professionals, amateurs, chefs, kitchen assistants and cooking enthusiasts who will live an authentic experience of Italian gastronomy in the experiential seminar that takes place with high quality raw materials, in a modern and fully equipped laboratory.
Seminar sections:
Day 1: Fresh al dente pasta with 10 authentic Italian recipes, such as pasta alla gricia and alla zozzona.
Day 2: Traditional meat dishes – Ossobuco alla Milanese, carpaccio di manzo and other delicious creations.
Participation fee: €160.
Date: Saturday 01/11/25 and Sunday 02/11/25, from 10:30am to 1:45pm (8 teaching hours).
Lecturer – Giorgio Manganiello: Born in Avellino, Italy, he has been working in the catering and Italian cuisine sector since 1986 and is an Executive Pizza Chef in a variety of authentic Italian restaurants. Graduated in Catering Business Management from the Regione Del Veneto School, he also runs a Pizza Learning School and collaborates with the World Pizza Champion Enzo Prete in the field of education.
