Two new hotels, including one located in the Peloponnese, are added to the FTI’s hotel brand portfolio Labranda Hotels & Resorts. They are Labranda Aris in Tolo, outside Nafplio, and Labranda Alacati Princess in Cesme of Izmir province. After the new additions, the portfolio of this brand now includes 26 hotels in 7 countries.
Labranda Aris is a three star seafront property belonging to a Greek family and has 36 rooms. It belongs to the «smart Labranda & yummy» category and offers all inclusive four-star packages.
Acquisition of 34 hotels
Labranda Alacati Princess belongs to «Labranda select» category, is located on the Turkish coast, has been recently renovated, and offers 204 rooms with all inclusive packages. Both hotels offer free Wi-Fi.
“By adding these two new hotels, we continue our vision for the acquisition of 34 hotels by the end of 2016 under the umbrella of Labranda Hotels & Resorts,” said FTI CEO, Dietmar Gunz.
The brand’s current portfolio includes 26 hotels in the Canary Islands, Egypt, Morocco, Greece, Malta, Italy and Turkey.
