Consumer bedbank Alpharooms’ new trade-only brand Betabeds has gone live, according to travelweekly.co.uk.
The accommodation-only supplier covers 200,000 properties in more than 40,000 destinations, with the portfolio expanding daily.
Head of sales and operations, Emma Lelliott, who joined Alpharooms last August from Thomas Cook-owned MedHotels, said: “As part of the Alpharooms family, Betabeds offers bespoke trade accounts, flexible commission models, dedicated account managers and unbeatable operational support.
“Our prices are competitive and are checked on a daily basis to ensure we offer the best service possible.
“We can offer you [agents] the ability to link directly between your system and our online booking system via XML/XML connections, or via our user-friendly website or both.”
The creation of Betabeds by Alpharooms was first reported by Travel Weekly in November.
