The revenue delivered to the Best Western Hotels in Greece from the chain’s system further increased during the 1st semester of 2016
The results confirmed not only the forecast for the productivity of the system, but also the chain’s strategy which is focused on the development of key partnerships in order to deliver increased revenue to the hotels year by year.
In the region of Southeastern Europe, which is under the responsibility of the Greek Office, the increase from the channels that the chain exclusively handles was 17% in both room nights and revenue and in Greece the relevant production increased by 10%.
The strategic partnerships which were finalized in 2015 had as a result the doubling of the overall bookings and revenue distributed to the hotels in this region through the central reservation system of BWI, the first six months of 2016
Among these agreements stands up the one with Expedia, the cooperation with the leading Chinese OTA C-TRIP, the central agreement with AMEX and the renewal of the agreement for three more years with RADIUS which numbers hundreds of travel agencies as members worldwide focused on corporate market. The long term partnerships with Harley Davidson, AAA and ARC Europe remain active and further developed.
