Dimera Group, owned by businessman Ivan Savvidis, will focus its investment activities on other large projects in Greece, in the sectors of logistics, food production and hotels, after an agreement to sell Donskoy Tabak to Japan Tobacco (JTI), Artur Davidian, chairman of SEKAP’s board said in a statement, ANA reports.
Belterra Investments Ltd, a member of Dimera Group, has a 20 pct equity stake in the consortium that purchased 67 pct of Thessaloniki Port Authority. It has also purchased the Macedonia Palace hotel in Thessaloniki, PAOK Football Club and around 70 pct of shares in Souroti SA, a Greek water bottler, along with a series of historic buildings in Thessaloniki.
