Evergolf Tourist Investments, owned by the Vassilakis family, completed the acquisition of a 70 percent stake in Golf Residences, owned by the Sbokos family, it announced on Wednesday, according to ANA.
Golf Residences is the owner and operator of the Blue Palace a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Agapi Beach Resort, Cretan Malian Park, Village Heights, Koutouloufari Village Holiday Club in Crete with a total capacity of 3,020 beds. At the same time, Golf Residences controls 50 percent of the Sheraton Rhodes Resort.
