Wyndham Hotels & Resorts will further expand into the emerging tourism market of Piraeus from 2026, as it signed a cooperation agreement with the construction company Zafido Holding Ltd for the creation of the TRYP by Wyndham Piraeus Port Hotel.
The new hotel, which is being developed by the owner company Zafido Holding Ltd, is scheduled to open in September 2026 in a building complex on Kolokotroni 83 and Sotiros Dios streets. With a capacity of 65 rooms, the new hotel unit in Piraeus will feature, among other things, a restaurant – bar, and a gym.
