Auctions for seven hotels in Greece until September

Seven large hotel units from all over Greece are expected to change hands in 2025, as they have been included in the calendar of the electronic auction platform for the coming period, with a particularly high seven-figure price for each. In total, the cost for the seven hotels, at starting prices, reaches 22.2 million euros.

These units are located in Lemnos, Rethymno, Kalambaka, Corfu, Grevena, Santorini, and Lesvos and are going under the hammer with the reservation that – even at the last minute – there is a possibility that moves will be made to suspend the process.

The most expensive hotel is the five-star Lemnos Village in Myrina, Lemnos, with a starting price of 7.92 million euros. The property is located in a coastal area in Ormos Plateos, approximately 2.5 km from the city of Myrina.

The hotel was built between 1989 and 1992 and renovated in 2016. It has a capacity of 134 rooms and 323 beds, of which 9 are singles, 33 are triples, 13 are for the disabled, and 22 are suites. The auction is scheduled for July 9, 2025.

On July 2, 2025, the four-star seasonal hotel Adele Paradise, in the settlement of Adelianos Kampos in the municipality of Rethymno, will go under the hammer with a starting price of 3.517 million euros. It is located approximately 1 km south of the beach and 4.5 km east of the city of Rethymno.

The hotel has 112 rooms, has been built on two adjacent plots of land, and consists of the main building and 14 room buildings.

The four-star, classic-style hotel, Antoniadis in Kalambaka, is scheduled to go up for auction on April 9.

The hotel, with impressive views of the Meteora rocks, has a capacity of 98 rooms (64 doubles, 28 singles, 5 triples, and 1 suite-apartment) and 174 beds and consists of 3 unified building volumes.

The hotel complex consists of a basement (auxiliary areas), ground floor (common areas, living room, restaurants, bar), four floors of rooms, and a rooftop with a swimming pool. The starting price is 3.28 million euros.

Next is a hotel in Santorini, which, according to the schedule, will be auctioned on June 12. It is a 3-key accommodation with a capacity of 19 rooms (family rooms, simple doubles, triples and small suites), while according to the website it has 4 stars. The starting price is set at 2.294 million euros.

With a starting price of 2.03 million euros, the Liapades Beach Hotel in Corfu, west of the settlement of Liapades, is expected to go under the hammer on September 24. The hotel has 48 rooms and 94 beds.

Also, the four-star Samarina Resort in the Samarina community in Grevena, with a capacity of 30 rooms and 58 beds, is scheduled to be auctioned on July 10, with a starting price of 1.71 million euros.

Finally, the Sandy Bay hotel unit in Agios Isidoros, Lesvos, is expected to go up for auction on April 2nd, with a price of 1.44 million euros. The hotel has a capacity of 50 rooms (44 doubles, 6 singles) and 94 beds and consists of three complexes and a swimming pool.
