Rhodes Hotel Association | Signing of a local CBA with 11% increases over three years

The Rhodes Hoteliers Association announced the signing of the new Local Sectoral Collective Labor Agreement (SCLBA), following the successful completion of negotiations with the Rhodes Hotel Employees Association.

The new three-year agreement provides for total wage increases of 11%, evenly distributed over the three-year period, with the aim of supporting employees and maintaining the competitiveness of the local tourism product.

This agreement substantially contributes to maintaining labor peace and stability in a period of particular challenges for the hotel industry, including the full implementation of the digital work card, which entails significant changes in the operation of businesses.

The Rhodes Hoteliers Association expresses its satisfaction with the outcome of the negotiations and reaffirms its commitment to ensuring social cohesion and the sustainability of Rhodes tourism.
