  • New openings and major agreements are driving strong growth in the region

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has significantly expanded its presence across Europe, the Middle East, Eurasia, and Africa (EMEA), now operating more than 720 hotels in the region.

In just the first half of 2025, the company added over 4,700 rooms across more than 60 new hotels, achieving an annual 5% organic growth in the EMEA region. This includes 27 new hotel agreements, reinforcing Wyndham’s focus on high-growth markets and expanding access to quality, branded accommodations for travelers across the region.

Notable additions include Dolce by Wyndham Siracusa, Monasteri Golf and Spa in Sicily, and Signature Cave Cappadocia, Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Turkey—both offering unique stays in stunning destinations. Wyndham also launched new properties in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, entering countries like Georgia, Romania, and Kazakhstan, and accelerated its expansion in Eurasia with 21 new hotels in the first half of the year, bringing the regional portfolio to over 90 hotels, especially in India, one of the world’s fastest-growing hospitality markets.

Wyndham’s strategic development partnerships played a key role in this expansion, introducing the globally recognized Super 8® by Wyndham brand to high-demand markets like Saudi Arabia and the Iberian Peninsula.
