BWH Hotels Southeastern Europe, based in Athens, and BWH Hotels Italy & Malta, based in Milan, recently signed a partnership agreement, which is now being implemented and is expected to create a new chapter in the hospitality industry.
With this pioneering agreement, the new entity BWH Hotels Italy & South-East Europe was created, which has under its umbrella more than 200 hotels with 14,000 rooms, which operate in more than 110 destinations in 15 different and important country-markets, carrying one of the 18 popular brands of BWH Hotels.
Maintaining their operational momentum, the two offices of BWH Hotels Italy & South-East Europe, in Athens and Milan, will continue their operation for the implementation of the now common business plan, aiming at the development of the hotel portfolio and additional services for the member hotels, existing and potential, with a focus on the quality of services to customers.
The 100 specialized executives who are now integrated into the new entity’s workforce coordinate their actions towards the member hotels in key areas of the unified strategy such as: Brand Positioning, International Promotion, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Staff Training, Quality Certification and Sustainability Practices.
This decisive development, which coincides with the 35 years of successful operation of the Greek office, marks the beginning of a new era and the overall upgrade of the tourism market in Southeastern Europe.
