Exploring the collaboration between Greek and Kenyan port authorities, visiting Kenyan Deputy Foreign Minister Ababu Namwamba met on Wednesday with Deputy CEOs of Piraeus Port Authority Captain Weng Lin and Angelos Karakostas, in the presence of Greek Deputy Foreign Minister Terens Quick, ANA reports.
Piraeus Port Authority is a founding member of the Greek-Kenyan Chamber Of Commerce, and in recent years high-level Kenyan officials have paid visits to explore the possibility of cooperation between Greece’s top port and that of Kenya, Mombasa, which serves many countries of the African hinterland.
