Three new coronavirus cases were announced by Cyprus’ Ministry of Health on Monday from a total of 1,855 tests, bringing the total of confirmed cases to 1,060, CNA reports.
According to a press release, one person tested positive out of 177 samples taken by private initiative. It concerns a woman from the Philippines who lives in Cyprus. She had returned from the Philippines on July 17 and has been under home isolation since then. She lives in Limassol.
The other two persons who tested positive, out of 103 samples in the context of contact tracing program, are contacts of a confirmed case announced on July 24. Both are in Limassol.
