Revenue from Cyprus tourism shows small rise in May

Revenue from tourism increased in May 2021 compared to April of the same year and May 2020, in which due to the restrictive measures no revenue was recorded, CNA reports.

According to data released by the Statistical Service of Cyprus on Friday, May 2021 was the second-best month in tourism revenue since the pandemic started in Cyprus. However, revenue in May 2021 was significantly lower than in the corresponding months of 2019 and 2018.
