Trastor REIC buys tourism property in Chania for €1.3 million

Trastor REIC on Monday announced the purchase of a commercial property asset in Chania on the Greek island of Crete for 1.3 million euros, according to ANA

The real estate property has a total surface of 700 sq.m. said Tasos Kazinos, CEO in Trastor REIC. Commenting on the deal, he said the purchase of the commercial property asset in Chania confirmed the company’s confidence in the economy and growth outlook of Crete. “The company, implementing its investment strategy, is examining remarkable investment opportunties on the island, focusing on tourist properties,” he noted.
