The State Real Estate Company (ETAD), within the framework of its strategy for the exploitation of its portfolio with respect for the historical and cultural heritage of the country, is proceeding with the launch of an open electronic bidding tender for the lease of the property “Brunetti House” in the town of Kos.
The property, known as “Brunetti House”, is a listed monument with special architectural and morphological elements, a characteristic example of Italian architecture of the interwar period, and an important document of the history of the island. It was built in 1936, during the period of Italian occupation in the Dodecanese, as the residence of the Italian Officer and doctor, Alessandro-Antonio Brunetti, and was later used by the 80th High Command of the National Guard Battalions (ADTE). It is located in the urban fabric of the city of Kos, in a privileged position on the coastal front, on Themistokleous and Aktis Kountouriotis streets.
The two-story building, with a total area of ??approximately 420 sq.m., is built on a plot of 1,045 sq.m. and includes a ground floor, first and second floors, a small basement and auxiliary areas. The use of the property is for general residence, while the tender concerns a 16-year lease with the possibility of extension for an additional 8 years. The starting price is set at 17,300 euros.
