The State Real Estate Company (ETAD) proceeded with an electronic open bidding tender for the lease of a seaside plot of land with a property, at the location of Porovitsa Beach, Akrata.
This is a property with ABK 11 of Achaia of 109.18 sq.m., on a plot of land with a total area of 5,346.67 sq.m., and has a frontage on a designated seashore and beach zone (Government Gazette 41D/27.01.1997), while it is approximately 1 km. from the settlement of Krathio Akrata, in the Municipality of Agialia, in the Regional Unit of Achaia.
The starting price for the tender has been set at 15,000 euros, while the duration of the lease is foreseen for twenty (20) years from the date of signing the relevant contract. The deadline for submitting the Supporting Documents is Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 14:00 (Greek time).
