GEOTHIRA M.A.E. of the municipality of Thira announced two tenders for the lease of 2 municipal properties from the private sector.
The first tender concerns the lease of a municipal property in Exo Gonia, Thira, which will operate as a Refreshment Hall-Mini Market-Grocery Store.
The auction will be held by the competent Auction Committee on Tuesday, August 5 at 11:00 a.m. before the competent Committee. The minimum first offer limit for the monthly rent, which also constitutes the starting price of the auction, is set at 1,100 euros. The amount of the annual rent offered by the last bidder will be increased by 2% from the second year of the contract.
The duration of the contract is 8 years with the possibility of extension for 4 years, starting from September 1st and will be reduced by 50% for six months in order for the bidder to proceed with the arrangement work, installation of equipment, etc. As a guarantee for participation in the auction for both the bidder and his guarantor, the amount of 1,320 euros is set for each separately and consists either of a deposit certificate from the Deposits and Loans Fund or a letter of guarantee from a recognized domestic Bank, of indefinite duration.
The second tender concerns the lease of a municipal property and the surrounding area in Pyrgos Kallistis, Thira, which will operate as a health care store. The building area is 125.14 sq.m. and the surrounding area is 236.72 sq.m.
The auction will be held by the competent Auction Committee on Tuesday, August 11:00 a.m. before the competent Committee. The minimum first offer limit for the monthly rent, which also constitutes the starting price of the auction, is set at 2,000 euros. The amount of the annual rent offered by the last bidder will be increased by 2% from the second year of the contract.
