More flights, an expanded hotel portfolio and an incoming agency in Cyprus were announced by German tour operator FTI, in an effort to quadruple the number of its tourists in Cyprus during 2017 so as to reach at least 100,000.
The FTI Group has come to an agreement to include in their program 10 new weekly flights to Cyprus (Airbus A320 -180 seats) from 9 destinations.
More specifically, there will be direct flights to Frankfurt (2), Munich, Cologne, Hanover, Berlin, Stuttgart, Leipzig, D?sseldorf, Basel starting from 1st of April until 31st of October 2017.
The FTI Group has a commitment for the majority of these seats, covering in this way the whole area of Germany. At the same time it has undertaken additional commitments with a large number of seats from Dusseldorf (3), Munich (2), Hanover (2) Hamburg (2), Berlin (2) Stuttgart (2), Nuremberg (2) and Dresden to Paphos Airport.
The objective towards this initiative, is the continuous and significant growth of the German speaking market, both during the summer and the winter season. During the winter season the program is expected to continue, however with some variations.
