TUI Group continues the renaming process of local tour operator brands in European countries according to its strategy.
In the Nordic countries, the Fritidsresor brand in Sweden and local brands Star Tour (in Denmark and Norway) and Finnmatkat were renamed to TUI, while Jetair also changed in Belgium.
All European brands, including Thomson UK are expected to be replaced by TUI by the end of 2017, even though some names of specialized tour operator such as First Choice, will be kept.
