As of July 1, 2025, Fotis Fakes, who has extensive experience in hotel management, takes over the position of CEO of alltours Greece S.A.
Mr. Fakes will be responsible for the strategic planning and operational management of allsun hotels in Greece, which belong to the alltours group. He will report directly to Uwe Prein, Chairman of the Board of Directors of allsun Hotels and the parent company, alltours Espa?a.
With more than 20 years of international experience in hotel management, Mr. Fakes has deep expertise in the fields of business administration, resort operations, sales, and brand development. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Hyatt Dreams Corfu Resort & Spa. He previously held senior management positions at the H World International hotel group, and as General Manager of DER Touristik Hotels Greece, he contributed decisively to the development and positioning of the company’s activities in the Greek market. In addition, for more than eleven years, he managed many hotels of the Mitsis Hotels group as General Manager.
“With Fotis Fakes we have acquired a specialized professional for this key position in Greece. His deep knowledge of the industry and his strong presence in the Greek market are ideal conditions for the further development of our presence in the country”, said Prein.

All Greek allsun hotels are now managed under the umbrella of the newly established company alltours Greece S.A., based in Heraklion, Crete. The allsun hotel chain, which belongs to the alltours group, currently operates three hotels in Greece. In the summer of 2025, the portfolio expands to Crete with the new allsun Hotel Carolina Sun Beach – the brand’s first 5-star hotel.
