The municipality of Amfilochia has decided on actions for the development of digital content and support for its promotion actions.
Specifically, according to the technical report, actions are planned such as the production of digital content and management of Social Media of the municipality of Amfilochia, such as Facebook and YouTube, as well as the creation of new Social Media, such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
At the same time, the photography of points and landmarks of the area is planned to create a digital archive, which will capture the strengths of Amfilochia as a destination and record its special morphological characteristics.
Also, graphic design creation of digital material for the promotion of cultural events in the area, production of audiovisual material for the tourist promotion of Amfilochia, as well as the creation of printed and informative material for events are planned.
Among other things, the actions include the creation of two videos lasting up to two minutes, which will highlight landmarks of Amfilochia, such as the coastal zone.
The first video concerns the promotion of the coastal zone of the Municipality of Amfilochia and is expected to present points of interest such as the beaches of Spartos, Amfilochia, Bouka, Loutro, Anoixiatiko, Katafourko and Menidi, the Katafourko Lagoon, the Castle of Limnaia, the coastal settlements and the churches on the coastal front. Furthermore, the video is expected to include footage of the fishing activity of the area, as well as snapshots from important events that take place in the area, such as the Panacarnania and the festivals.
The second video focuses on the promotion of the mountainous settlements of Amfilochia, the settlements of Chalkiopoulos, Empesos, Stathas, Amorgiana, Patiopoulos, Perdikaki, Bambali, the lakes of Kastraki and Kremastos, the fountains and bridges of the Mountain Swamp, as well as activities such as agriculture and livestock farming and other important occupations of the residents of the area.
Finally, the promotional video will include footage of events and actions that take place in the mountainous settlements, with the aim of capturing the customs and traditions of the area.
