As reported by real estate publication Greek Guru, faced with hefty berth costs, a luxury yacht owner on the island of Lefkada got thinking on how to save money while boosting the capacity of his home resort. He decided to pull his boat from the water and parked it in the pool along side his luxury homes. Now, he is charging visitors around $200 per night stay on the yacht.
Situated on a hill at Apolpaina, 3km from Lefkada’s main town, the yacht has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen,dining area, 2 bathrooms with shower, tv, free wifi and a living room with stunning panoramic sea and city view.
