Athens Municipality brings charges of forgery against Destiny Investments

The City of Athens brought charges of forgery on October 26 against real estate developer Destiny Investments, a company central to an investigation involving allegedly irregular property sales to Chinese investors interested in acquiring a “golden visa”, ANA reports.

Athens Mayor George Kaminis alleged in the suit filed that the Athens City’s official emblem and the signatures of himself and the City’s Head of Human Resources Eleni Halvatza on a document issued by the company were forged.
