An outdoor “Summer Bed under the Stars” is now available for rent to star-gazing travelers on Airbnb in Crete. Gabriella Damianaki is the woman behind this unusual accommodation, which is located in Paleokastro, Heraklion, according to greekreporter.com.
The “room,” which is actually in a courtyard, is surrounded by the four walls of an old house.
The spacious—and airy—accommodations are only 100 meters (300 feet) away from the sea and 13 km (eight miles) away from Heraklion, the capital and main town of Crete.
The rental includes one queen-sized bed, a single bed, a toilet, a shower, two fireplaces, and a living room—but no ceiling.
