The General Directorate of Spatial, Environmental, and Agricultural Policy of the Decentralized Administration of the Aegean approved the Environmental Terms and restrictions for the project of the existing 4-star hotel unit CALYPSO PALACE, with a capacity of 284 beds, on a plot of 17,427 sq.m. in the “Reni – Plaza” area of Koskinou, Kallithea, Rhodes, owned by REXTE S.A. Compliance with these terms is a necessary prerequisite for the construction and operation of the project.
The building service of the Municipality of Heraklion approved small-scale construction works for the energy upgrade of the Ourania Apartments Hotel in Kato Gouves, Hersonissos, owned by AFOI M. KALOGERAKI AE.
