“The 100-installment debt settlement to the Tax Bureau cannot exist forever,” Alternate Finance Minister Tryfon Alexiadis said in statements to public broadcaster ERT on Friday.
The minister also confirmed that the Uniform Real Estate Ownership Tax (ENFIA) notes will be sent next week adding that the government’s aim is to change this tax although the revenue target will remain at 2.65 billion euros.
Referring to tax evasion, he said that a bill offering incentives to those who will voluntary state hidden incomes will soon be tabled in Parliament as well a bill urging citizens to use credit cards.
