Lidl Hellas won two HR awards in the Learning & Development category, for two very significant programs completed in 2016.
The “Dynamic Lidl Store Manager” program won the Silver award in the Excellence in Leadership Development category (no Gold award was offered), while the “Develoment of Lidl Regional Management Director” program won the Bronze award in the Effective Use of Coaching – Mentoring category.
Receiving the awards, Nikoletta Kolobourda, HR Manager in Lidl Hellas, thanked the 200 Lidl store managers and supervisors who adopted these programs with enthusiasm and Lidl’s management for supporting such a big investment. “Thank you very much, see you next year,” she said.
