Greek state budget shows primary surplus of €382 million in January-June

Greek state budget recorded a primary surplus of 382 million euros in the January-June period, from a budget target for a primary deficit of 1.573 billion euros and a shortfall of 46 million euros in the same period last year, the Finance Ministry said in a report on Monday, according to ANA.

The Finance Ministry, in a report on provisional budget execution, said that general government showed a deficit of 2.686 billion euros in the six-month period, from a budget target for a deficit of 4.819 billion euros and a shortfall of 2.440 billion euros in the same period in 2018.
