Newly elected Greek PM Mitsotakis to announce immediate tax cuts

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is expected to underline during the programmatic statements in the Parliament on Saturday that the government’s main concern is to reduce taxes and bring new investments, ANA reports.

“Our mission is,” he is expected to say, “to link wages to growth – so everyone has a share in prosperity.”

Prime Minister’s associates unveiled that he will announce immediate cuts in the middle-class taxes as early as August rather than in 2020 as promised before the elections.
