Greek inflation reached 12% in September

The Greek annual inflation rate rose to 12% in September, up from 11.4% in August and 11.6% in July, Hellenic Statistical Authority said on Monday, ANA reports.

The increase in the consumer price index in September, in comparison with the same month last year, reflected increases in the food/beverage group (13.5%), alcohol/tobacco (2.0%), clothing-footwear (3.5%), housing (35.4%) and durable goods (9.3%).
