Greek budget recorded primary surplus of 6.084 billion euros in January-October

Greek state budget recorded a primary surplus of 6.084 billion euros in the January-October period this year, up from a budget target for a surplus of 1.746 billion and a primary deficit of 350 million euros in the corresponding period in 2022, National Economy & Finance ministry said on Wednesday, ANA reports.

More specifically, the general government budget showed a deficit of 477 million euros in the 10-month period, from a budget target for a deficit of 3.484 billion and a shortfall of 4.770 billion recorded in the same period last year.
